Swimming pool, service, clean.
The music during the day is terrible, crazy loud and not suitable for having relax. Need to fire the DJ because he ruins the holyday of many people. This is not a disco!!!

Super location for Kiting. Excellent food and reasonable price for rooms when booking on-line. Problems with rooms, slow and ignoring your requests staff.
Very good locationa for kite-surfing. Conveninent spot on the beach with instructors, local storage, wi-fi and beach boys for assistance. A great variety of food, really delicious and abundant. The canteen is always clean and tidy. Its personnel is respecting, helpful and friendly. Hotal shops provide with everyrything you might need, including pharmacy offering a good supply of medicines for all possible types of holiday problems. Stunning sea view for watchers. Not bad massage service in the local SPA.
Hotel ingores all your e-mails and facebook messages enquiring about the booking. Don`t waste your time and do it on-line via suitable web-sites. The hotel is getting overcrowded with Chinese tourists who are VERY noisy and take thousands of photos everywhere they go. Once they all are in the reception area - Wi-Fi stops.. Reception takes your complaints but is reluctant to take measures to change the situation. We had to remind them about our problem because they kept "forgetting." Room cleaning was average -previous visitors` hair remain everywhere on the floor. Spa massage girls speak no English - impossible to interact. The conditioning in our room was completely inhabited with massive mold which caused an attack of severe allergy to me. We turned to reception to clean it but they just wiped the wings of the frame and that`s it. Hammam is a failure - they just scrub your body several times and send you back to sauna, don`t waste your money, take only massages. Room prolongation at the reception costs 3 times more expensive than on-line. At the reception we reminded twice that we were repeated guests but got no promised fruit backet.

We have been visiting this hotel since 2015. This time we were places in a Delux Room because of repeated visits. The staff are polite and helpful as usual. We'd like to thank the Main Restaurant work - the food is excellent! Every meal is like a holiday. Bravo to the Restaurant's chefs and personnel! Be careful with the SPA sales person Tito. He seems to be not a very trustworthy person as he had sold us the course of massages knowing that the hotel would be closed in a day. We continued the pre-paid massages in the other hotel of the chain but there were less sessions and some of them were doubled on the same day because the other hotel was closing the SPA centre too. All in all, Tito sold us the massages knowing that we wouldn't be able to have them all. This it not not a decent behaviour. especially in the crises time when everything was closing down and tourists were moved to other places.
Excellent location for Kiters Good kids facilities (adopted swimming pools) Beautiful view from all the rooms Delicious meals
Average massage quality Annoying sales people on the way to the lobby Some of the rooms are not so clean
